Return, Exchange & Refund Guidelines

1. Returns
- Timeframe: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. How to Return an Item
- No Preprinted Label: Please note that our packages do not include a return shipping label.
- Procedure: To start a return, please send an email to [email protected]. Include your order number, full name, a copy or screenshot of your purchase confirmation, and a brief explanation for your return. If applicable, attach photos or a video that show any defects or damage.
3. Refund Process
- Review: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and inform you of the status via email.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your account.
4. Exchanges

- After Production: Once the production process begins, cancellations may not be possible.
