Returns & Exchanges Policy

At komahan, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We strive to process and ship most orders within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress. If you receive a defective item, please consult our limited warranty for further guidance.

General Return & Exchange Guidelines

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase as indicated on your receipt. After 30 days, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the product must be unused, unopened, unmarked, and in its original packaging. Items sold as sets or in multi-item packs must be returned in full. Products marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs on online orders. This policy is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be sent back in their original condition. Should the product exhibit signs of wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or damage due to accidents, additional charges may be incurred.

Product Quality Issues

If your return or exchange is due to a defect or quality issue, komahan will cover the return shipping fees as well as any applicable restocking charges.

Returns for Personal Reasons

For returns based on personal preference or a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. komahan reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned item and determine its eligibility for a refund or exchange.

Returns that do not comply with these guidelines will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, and komahan cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Authorized Returns & Exchanges

Once your return or exchange is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions. Please ensure you include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary gifts when returning your item. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product and notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your request based on our policies. If approved, exchanges will be processed promptly, and refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please allow extra processing time. You may also contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
