Return, Exchange & Refund Guidelines

Thank you for choosing komahan. When you shop with us, you agree to the following guidelines, which cover returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders delivered within the United States.

1. Returns

• Timeframe: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. How to Return an Item

• No Preprinted Label: Please note that our packages do not include a return shipping label.

• Procedure: To start a return, please send an email to [email protected]. Include your order number, full name, a copy or screenshot of your purchase confirmation, and a brief explanation for your return. If applicable, attach photos or a video that show any defects or damage.

3. Refund Process

• Review: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and inform you of the status via email.

• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your account.

4. Exchanges

• Eligibility: We offer exchanges only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped (including sizing errors).

• Instructions: If you need an exchange, contact us at [email protected] with the same details required for a return. For defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Order Cancellation

• Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

• After Production: Once the production process begins, cancellations may not be possible.

• Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (including street name and house number). Any delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address are the customer’s responsibility.
